Getting started

Do I need an account to buy?

No — guest checkout works fine. All you need is a valid email; we'll get your in-game details when we deliver. Creating an account gets you a free welcome gift, wallet credit, and order history.

How does delivery work?

Once payment clears, an admin sends you the items via an in-game trade or gift. Most orders are delivered within an hour during business hours. You'll get an email when it's done.

Do you ever ask for my game password?

Never. We deliver items to your account via friend trade or gift — we'd never log in as you. Anyone asking for your password is a scammer.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more. Checkout is fast and secure, and we never see or store your full card number.

How fast does my payment go through?

Card payments are confirmed instantly. As soon as your payment clears, your order enters our delivery queue and you'll get an email confirmation.

What if my payment doesn't go through?

If your card is declined or the payment doesn't complete, no charge is made and nothing is ordered. Just check your details and try again, or use a different card.

What does "mutation" mean?

Mutations are special variants of an item — for example, a Rainbow or Cursed version. They're rarer and worth more in-game. The product page shows all available variants you can pick.

Are these items legit / safe?

Yes. We source items from verified suppliers and trade them directly to your account. We never use exploits or unauthorized methods.

Refunds & support

Can I get a refund?

If your items aren't delivered or are wrong, yes — we'll refund to your wallet or original payment method. Once items are delivered and confirmed, refunds aren't available. Full details in our Refund Policy.
